Terms of Use

01The service

Riwaq PMS is a cloud service for managing accommodation properties: bookings, room board, guests, invoices, vouchers, reports and team, with one account whose data syncs across your devices and team. We improve the service continuously and may add, change or retire features.

02Account and team

• You create your account with a valid email or a Google or Apple account and are responsible for protecting your credentials.
• You may invite team members with roles (owner, manager, reception) and limit them to specific properties; you are responsible for what they do inside your account.
• An account is for a property or group of properties you actually operate; a single account may not be shared between unrelated parties.

03Subscription and activation keys

• You start free with every feature. When you need a subscription, it is activated with an activation key inside the app at a price shown in your country’s currency.
• An activation key is single-use, tied to the account that activated it, and non-transferable and non-refundable once activated.
• Subscriptions are yearly and end on the stated date unless renewed; after expiry you keep access to your data with a renewal notice.
• Purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policy.
• We may change prices for new subscriptions or upcoming renewals with prior notice.

04Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose or enter data you have no right to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass access rules, affect the stability of the service, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Do not resell the service or offer it to others as a provider without a written agreement with us.

05Your data and responsibilities

• Your data belongs to you. We process it under the Privacy Policy solely to run the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (bookings, amounts, guest details) and for complying with local laws: guest registration, e-invoicing and tax, and data protection.
• Invoices and contracts generated by the system are based on what you enter; review them before relying on them officially.
• We recommend exporting your data regularly (Excel/CSV/PDF) in addition to cloud backups.

06Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep the service available around the clock, but it may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control (cloud providers or connectivity). We will minimise any interruption and notify you where possible.

07Intellectual property

Riwaq PMS, its design, code and brand belong to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and apps under these terms.

08Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or the service is abused, notifying you where possible.

09Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits or data, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept it.
